Few places, and a lot riding on each one

A wingfoil camp might take six guests. Each place is a big share of the week's revenue, the kit on the beach is worth more than the van that carried it, and your guests range from first flights to people working on gybes. One late cancellation, or one guest in the wrong group, changes the whole week.

Every place carries weight

Take a proper deposit at booking and set a balance date, so a place is only held once it has been paid for.

Hire kit is limited

List wings, boards and foils as extras with their own stock, so you never promise a setup you don't have.

Level decides the group

Ask about wing, foil and board experience in your questionnaire, emailed after booking, so coaching groups are planned before anyone flies in.

What Roamer takes off your plate

If this is your week

  • A six-place camp where one unpaid "maybe" is a sixth of the week.
  • Guests turning up at a different level from the one they described in a DM.
  • Hire kit promised twice because the list lives in your head.
  • Cancellation and refund conversations with nothing agreed in writing.

Small-group departures

Set six places, or four, or eight. Your site shows what is left and a full camp stops taking bookings.

Deposits and balance dates

Card deposit at booking through Stripe, with balance reminders sent automatically ahead of the due date.

Kit hire with stock limits

Each hire item has its own price and limit, and guests add it when they book.

Experience questionnaires and waivers

Your waiver and a questionnaire on level, previous sports and medical notes are emailed after booking, with the answers on your departure list.

Payments in 40+ currencies

Guests coming from abroad pay by card, without a bank transfer to reconcile.

Guest emails and documents

Confirmations, invoices and payment reminders go to every guest on schedule, with your branding.

What a booking looks like

  1. 1

They pick a camp on your site

With so few places, live availability means nobody is told there is space when there is not.

  2. 2

They add the kit they need

Hire kit is chosen when they book and taken out of your stock.

  3. 3

    They pay a deposit

A card deposit secures their place. The waiver and experience questionnaire follow by email.

  4. 4

You plan the week with real information

Levels, kit and outstanding balances are in one place before the forecast even matters.

Costs nothing in the weeks you're not running

Roamer takes 3% of the bookings that come through it. No monthly fee, no setup cost and no contract. Card processing by Stripe is separate.

Questions operators ask

Can I take bookings from guests paying in other currencies?
Yes. Payments run through Stripe and Roamer supports more than 40 currencies.
How much does Roamer cost?
3% of the bookings you take through it. There's no monthly fee, no setup cost and no contract, so a month with no bookings costs nothing. Stripe's card processing fee is separate.
Can I keep my existing website?
Yes. You add the Roamer availability widget to the site you already have and guests book from there. No rebuild needed.
How long does it take to set up?
You add your dates, prices, rooms and extras, and we go through it with you on a call so your first departure is set up properly.
What happens when a guest cancels?
Your cancellation policy applies, and you choose whether to refund the guest, move them to another departure or issue a voucher. If you refund them, Roamer refunds its commission on the amount you give back, so you only pay on money you keep.
