A camp is a package, not a court slot

Padel has plenty of tools for booking a court by the hour. A camp is a different job: a fixed group for several days, coaching, accommodation, maybe transfers and a social programme, sold as one package and paid for in stages. Many coaches who run camps are still doing all of that by hand.

Groups are built on level

Ask for playing level and experience in your questionnaire, emailed after booking, so groups and pairings are planned before anyone lands.

Questions operators ask

Can I collect each player's level before the camp?
Yes. You set the questions, and players answer them by email after booking. Their answers are stored on the booking and show on your departure list.
How much does Roamer cost?
3% of the bookings you take through it. There's no monthly fee, no setup cost and no contract, so a month with no bookings costs nothing. Stripe's card processing fee is separate.
Can I keep my existing website?
Yes. You add the Roamer availability widget to the site you already have and guests book from there. No rebuild needed.
How long does it take to set up?
You add your dates, prices, rooms and extras, and we go through it with you on a call so your first departure is set up properly.
What happens when a guest cancels?
Your cancellation policy applies, and you choose whether to refund the guest, move them to another departure or issue a voucher. If you refund them, Roamer refunds its commission on the amount you give back, so you only pay on money you keep.
